The building is constructed from lightweight blocks and hollow-core floor panels. The Ecoterm+ 375 stone house forms a unified whole, where the building’s monolithic structure, solidity, and thermal insulation prevent thermal bridges and ensure the airtightness, heat retention, sound insulation, fire resistance, and stable indoor temperature expected of a low-energy home. The result is a comfortable and warm home built to last for decades, with low operating costs.

We have curated a high-quality selection from the interior finishing materials offered on the market, while giving you the freedom to choose the most suitable materials and combine them according to your personal preferences within the selected range.

    • Parquet flooring – in living areas and entrance hall; transition strips between parquet and tiled flooring
    • Ceramic tiles – in the washrooms on both floors, and optionally in the entrance hall at an additional cost. WC concealed cistern height 1.2 m
