These are factory-produced timber frame element houses, which means that the essential parts of the houses are manufactured under controlled conditions in a factory, not on the construction site. The use of wood as a renewable material, combined with an energy-efficient production process, makes the timber frame element house an environmentally friendly choice.

    • Roof – timber trusses; PVC roofing material; 400 mm insulation.
    • Windows – plastic profile windows with triple-glazing.
    • Doors – solid wood exterior and interior doors.
    • Facade – timber cladding in the main volume, combined with metal sheeting on the end walls and in the finishing of the storage area.

    Interior finishing

    Kangru Kodu does not have the customary interior finishing packages predetermined by the developer. We have curated a high-quality selection from the interior finishing materials offered on the market, but within this selection, you have the freedom to choose the most suitable materials and combine them as you wish.

    • Parquet flooring is used in the living areas and the hallway.
    • Ceramic tile is used in the washrooms and the toilet room, and is also available in the hallway for an extra fee. In the first-floor washroom, the floor and two walls will be tiled (the other walls will be painted). In the second-floor washroom, the floor and all walls will be tiled. In the toilet room, the floor and the flushing cistern wall will be tiled (the other walls will be painted).
