A personalised home is trendy, and that is why you, not us, will choose the interior finishing you like for your home from our wide and diverse selection.

True to our approach, the Kangru Kodu development does not have the customary interior finishing packages predetermined by the developer. We have curated a high-quality selection from the interior finishing materials offered on the market, but within this selection, you have the freedom to choose the most suitable materials and combine them as you wish.

The selection of interior doors, parquet flooring and ceramic tiles is wide and diverse. The selection includes details with various finishes (door handles, electrical fittings, sanitary ware) and several accent colours for the walls. You can also choose between two different saunas. Only the main wall colour and sanitary ceramics (Villeroy & Boch Skyla series washbasins and toilets) are standard white in all homes.

A large portion of the selection is included in the price, while some options are available for an extra fee. All interior finishing materials can be seen and touched starting from the beginning of 2026 in the development's showroom, by scheduling a visit time in advance with the sales partner.
